Cancellation Policy

In-Stock Products

Orders for in-stock products may be cancelled before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available and the customer should follow the applicable return policy.

In-stock products are normally dispatched within 72 hours after order confirmation, so customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel an order.

Custom Products

Custom orders are subject to the following cancellation rules:

Before Design Starts

The customer may request cancellation before the customization process begins.

Design Started, Production Not Started

A 50% refund of the product order amount may be provided. Shipping costs are not included in the refundable amount.

Production Started

Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

Because custom products are individually designed and manufactured, these cancellation terms apply once the customization process has started.
