1. Order Cancellation Policy

Since every custom car building block set is designed specifically for each customer, cancellation terms depend on the production stage.

Before the design process begins: Your order can be canceled for a full refund.
After the design process has started but before production: You may cancel your order and receive a 50% refund of the total order value.

Before production: Please carefully confirm your vehicle design, color, and all customization details. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
After production is completed: Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

2.Refund Policy

Because every custom building block car is made exclusively for you, refunds are limited.

 

Orders cannot be refunded after production and shipment have started.

Refunds will only be accepted if:

We shipped the wrong product.
We made an error with your order.

Please review and approve your design carefully before production.

3.Design & Production Timeline

Every custom vehicle goes through professional design and manufacturing.

Total production time: Approximately 15–22 business days before shipment. Peak Season Notice

During peak seasons, holidays, and major promotional events, our order volume may increase significantly. As a result, design, production, and shipping timelines may be longer than our standard estimates.

4.International Shipping

We offer two international shipping options.

Standard Air Freight (DDP)
Delivery Time: 7–12 Business Days
Shipping Cost: US$15–18

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means import duties and taxes are included for most destinations.

International Express
Delivery Time: 5–7 Business Days
Shipping Cost: US$35

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country.

5.Missing or Damaged Parts Replacement

Since every custom building block set is hand-sorted and manually packed, occasional missing or incorrect pieces may occur.

If you discover any missing or incorrect parts:

Contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
Replacement parts will be arranged within 72 hours after your request is confirmed.
Missing or replacement parts are normally shipped within 3–5 business days.
