Custom Design Process

Our personalized custom car service generally follows this process:

Submit Vehicle Photos → Custom Design → Design Revisions → Final Approval → Production →Quality Inspection → Shipping

Customers should provide clear photographs and accurate vehicle information to help our designers create the custom model.

Design Time

Approximately 5–7 business days

 

Free Revisions

Customers receive 2 rounds of free design revisions.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur an additional design fee depending on the complexity of the requested changes. Any additional fee will be confirmed before the revision work begins.

 

Vehicle Model Changes

Once the custom design process has started, customers cannot change the project to a completely different vehicle model. A new vehicle model may require a new design project and quotation.

 

Final Confirmation

Before production begins, the customer must confirm the:

• Vehicle model
• Overall design
• Vehicle color
• Main exterior details
• Other important specifications

After Production Begins

Once the final design has been approved and production begins:

• No further design changes are accepted.
• The vehicle model cannot be changed.
• Vehicle colors cannot be changed.
• The order cannot be cancelled.
• No refund is available.

This final approval process ensures that the finished product is manufactured according to the customer’s confirmed requirements.
