PRIMOBLOCK Q&A
PRIMOBLOCK creates building block car models for car enthusiasts and gift buyers. We offer both in-stock car building block sets and personalized custom car models based on your own vehicle.
In-Stock Car Sets are pre-designed building block car models that are ready to purchase and ship. They are ideal if you want a car model without going through the customization process. Custom Car Sets are individually designed based on your own vehicle photos and requirements. Our designers create a personalized building block model specifically for your car. In-Stock Car Sets
In-stock products are normally prepared and dispatched within 72 hours after order confirmation. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Our estimated shipping transit times are: Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days Express Shipping: 3–7 business days Shipping time starts after your order has been dispatched.
Yes. Eligible in-stock products can be returned within 15 days after delivery. The product should be unused, unassembled and in its original condition with the original packaging and accessories where applicable. Please contact support@primoblock.com before returning the product to receive return instructions. Personalized Custom Car Sets
Simply provide clear photos of your vehicle, and our professional designers will create a customized building block model based on your car. The general process is: Submit Photos → Design → Revisions → Final Approval → Production → Quality Inspection → Shipping
For the best design results, we recommend providing clear, high-resolution photos of your vehicle from at least four directions: front, rear, left and right. Additional close-up photos of important details such as the wheels, headlights, grille, logos, license plate and other distinctive features can also help improve the customization.
The typical customization timeline is: Design: 5–7 business days Production: 10–15 business days Total fulfillment: approximately 15–22 business days, excluding shipping transit time. The actual timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the vehicle, design revisions and production requirements.
Yes. We provide 2 rounds of free design revisions during the design stage. You can request reasonable adjustments to the vehicle's proportions(within10%), colors, exterior details and other design elements. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur an additional design fee, which will be confirmed before the additional work begins.
Once the custom design process has started, the vehicle model cannot be changed to a completely different vehicle. For example, if you start a project based on one vehicle, you cannot later replace it with another vehicle model under the same customization order. A completely different vehicle may require a new design project and quotation.
Personalized custom car models are not eligible for normal returns once customization has started. If you cancel after design has started but before production begins, 50% of the product order amount may be refunded, excluding shipping costs. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. After-Sales & Delivery
If your custom or in-stock set is missing any parts, please contact support@primoblock.com with your order number and details of the missing parts. After verification, we will provide the required replacement parts free of charge.
