Custom Car Building Block Rules & After-Sales Policy
To ensure a smooth customization experience, please carefully review the following rules before placing your order. As every model is individually designed and produced based on your vehicle, custom orders are subject to the following terms.
We currently support custom building block models for a wide range of passenger and performance vehicles, including:

Pickup Trucks
Other passenger and performance vehicles
For heavy trucks, buses, excavators, harvesters, trains, airplanes, and other special vehicles, please refer to our Special Vehicle Customization service or contact customer support before placing an order.
Before our design team starts working, customers must select the desired model color and provide sufficient reference materials.
Please upload high-resolution photos from multiple angles, preferably including:
Front view
Rear view
Left side
Right side
Front/rear three-quarter views
Clear photos of distinctive vehicle details
Clear photos of the vehicle logo or license plate if customization is required
Once the design process has started, the vehicle model cannot be changed. Please make sure all vehicle information and customization requirements are correct before design begins.
Our professional designers will create a custom building block model based on the photos and information you provide.
Each custom car order includes up to 2 rounds of design revisions free of charge.
Please note that building blocks have certain limitations in terms of available parts, shapes, structures and assembly methods. Therefore, a custom building block model cannot reproduce every detail of the original vehicle at 100% accuracy.
If you require extremely precise reproduction of small vehicle details, please carefully consider this limitation before placing your order.
Production will only begin after the customer confirms the final design.
Please carefully check the vehicle shape, color, proportions and major details before approval. Once the design has been approved and the order has entered the production process, changes to the vehicle model or major design requirements may no longer be possible.
Because every product is individually designed and produced, custom orders are subject to a special cancellation policy:
Before the design process begins: cancellation may be requested.
After design has started but before production begins: a 50% refund may be available.
Once the design and production process has entered the production stage: the order is non-refundable.
We do not accept unreasonable or no-fault refund requests for customized products.
Please make sure you have confirmed the vehicle model, color and customization requirements before placing your order.
After-Sales Service
Because each car is a 1:1 customized model, the required building block components are professionally hand-picked according to the individual design.
Although we carry out quality checks before shipment, a small number of missing pieces may occasionally occur during manual picking or packing.
If you discover missing parts after receiving your order:
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Provide your order information and details or photos of the missing parts.
Our team will verify the issue and arrange replacement parts.
Replacement parts will normally be shipped within 48 hours after confirmation.
Please do not dispose of the packaging or remaining parts before contacting customer service, as these may help us identify and resolve the issue quickly.
International transportation may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including logistics delays or package loss.
If your package is confirmed to be lost during international transportation, please provide the relevant tracking and shipment information. We will promptly investigate the situation and arrange to reproduce and reship your customized product when necessary.
Our goal is to ensure that you receive your custom building block model successfully.
Custom building block products are made specifically for each customer and cannot normally be resold to other customers. Therefore, please carefully review all vehicle information, colors, photos and customization requirements before placing your order.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:
Custom Design → Customer Approval → Production → Quality Inspection → Shipment
Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded except where otherwise required due to a confirmed manufacturing or fulfillment error.
